The Rabi Marketing Season 2024-25 has witnessed a remarkable upswing in wheat procurement, marking a significant milestone in India's agricultural sector. This surge has had a far-reaching impact on the farming community, particularly benefiting over 22 lakh farmers who participated in the wheat sale during this season.

The government's commitment to supporting farmers is evident in the substantial financial outlay, with an impressive 61 lakh crore credited to farmers under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) scheme.

This injection of funds directly into the hands of farmers not only ensures fair compensation for their produce but also contributes to their financial stability and overall well-being. This increase in wheat procurement and the associated financial support demonstrate the government's ongoing efforts to empower Annadatas, recognizing their crucial role in ensuring the nation's food security.
